Dinesh Ramanathan is engaged in all practice areas of the firm with an emphasis on business, corporate, and commercial law.  He has appeared before Superior Court of Justice for both criminal and civil matters, as well as the Board of Referees for Employment Insurance appeals.  He also provides consultations and advice on business issues and points of law.

Education and Experience

Dinesh graduated with Distinction from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science in 2003.  He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007 and was called to the bar in 2008.  Dinesh completed his articles at a leading litigation firm in downtown Toronto.  Prior to entering law school, Dinesh was actively involved in the business world and worked for a national investment firm.  While completing his law degree, Dinesh was involved with public interest law and completed the intensive program at Parkdale Community Legal Services.

Dinesh is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Tamil’s Chamber of Commerce, the Toronto Board of Trade, and South  Asian Bar Association.
